Thanks so much for your advice. We’ll have to keep spreading the word about Matcha. I’m grateful to know about it. Since I first posted this blog, my husband and I have been drinking it every morning for our health in addition to our morning black tea.

i love Matcha Green Tea. I like it with lemon. For me it taste like ice tea.
I also give my self a steam facial every week with the tea. I boil water and add 1/2 spon of the tea and let my face get all the steam. it works wonders on your face and also helps with any sinus congestion. After you finish with the facial (rinsing your face w/water) I apply two capsules of vitamin D on my face. I am 45 years old and people think I am in my early 30′s. I do not need any moisturizer or any wrinkle cream on my face. It works wonders and it is so cheap and good for your skin. This is my beauty secret… .

I really like that picture of my Austin friends….the growing Sims Family..ever growing, shall I say…I am enjoying your blog..My 9 year old Nicholas, visiting from Savannah this past weekend, and I made a homemade Angel Food cake from eggs I got at a nearby farm!!! Yummy!!He loves to bake..when he awakens in the mornings with me, he grabs my Betty Crocker cookbook, the red one, and turns to the cake section to find a cake to bake! I bet he does not know that his ‘Ammie’ actually won the ‘Betty Crocker Homemaker of Tomorrow’ Award in high school!Some day I shall tell him! Good night friends!
